KANDI STATIC makes hyperpop that sounds like ten songs fighting to be one. Pitched-up vocals, blown-out 808s, and hooks that show up early and refuse to leave — it is maximal by design and apologises for nothing.
Born online and raised on group chats, the project went from bedroom uploads to sold-out all-ages shows in under a year. The visuals are loud, the merch is louder, and the whole thing is held together with glitter and conviction.
